Items Eligible for returns/exchange:

  • Item/s must be returned within 14 days of purchase. If your 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer a store credit or exchange.
  • Item/s must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
  • All returns or exchanges will be issued in the form of refund and not replacement.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Clearance and mystery items
  • Discounted items
  • Bathing suits
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats

Do I pay for returns or exchanges:

  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost when you are initiating a return.
    Original shipping fee will not be returned in any circumstance.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee if the product is not in its original packaging, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

How do I start return?

  1. Please email buddingtreasures2021@gmail.com to request a refund and provide us with the tracking number.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
  2. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
